How to Book
The Lighthouse is available from £280 per night. A full table of rates is set out at the bottom of this page.

Please note, 7 night bookings are from Friday to Friday
Because we let the house through a number of channels please confirm availability through the contact form on this page before making any plans.
Once a booking has been approved we can accept payment electronically.

Key terms and Conditions
For 7 night rentals the property is rented from a Friday to a Friday,
Check out time by 9am and no check in before 5 pm (extra time has been required due to coronavirus cleaning protocols).
From June to September and over Christmas/New Year the minimum stay is 7 nights.
For the rest of the year the minimum stay is 4 nights
7 guests maximum
Primary Renter must be 25 years or above
Not suitable for under 5's or guests with mobility issues - steep internal and external wooden staircases.
No pets - this is strictly observed to protect other guests who may have allergies.
Our handover days and times are restricted by our housekeeper's availability, so we sadly have only limited flexibility for arrivals and departures.
50% of rental fee is required to secure a booking, plus £500 damage deposit (see below). Balancing payment no later than 75 days prior to booking.
100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date.
Bookings cancelled because of Covid-19 lockdown measures will be refunded in full. See Covid-19 measures sheet
£500 deposit at the time of booking as security against damage. This amount will be instructed for return (subject to any necessary deduction) within 2 weeks of the end of the stay.
Damage and incidentals
You will be held responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
Once we have agreed a rental with you we can accept payment electronically. We will provide you with our bank account details.
We do not accept credit cards.
Please do not make any payments until we have confirmed availability.
